Hair Care
Make your wig last 18 months.
A few small habits that take a wig from one season to many.
Wash
Every 8–10 wears with sulfate-free shampoo. Cool water. Conditioner mid-length to ends only — never the lace.
Dry
Air-dry on a wig stand. If you must use heat, low setting only. Never go to bed with damp hair.
Style
Use a heat protectant before any heat tool. Stay below 180 °C. Curling iron, flat iron and tongs are all fine within range.
Store
On a wig stand, in the original satin-lined box, or wrapped in a silk scarf. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Pro tips
Things our stylists swear by
- Detangle from the ends up. Always. Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers for textured pieces.
- Sleep on silk. Either a silk scarf around your hairline or a silk pillowcase. Cotton pulls moisture out.
- Refresh between washes. A 50/50 mix of water and leave-in conditioner in a spray bottle, used every 2–3 days.
- Never wear damp. Lace, glue and braids do not get along with damp hair.
- Trim the ends. A small trim every 3 months keeps the hair looking healthy and full.
